The time has come to restore proper Constitutional law in each state of Australia enabling all the people to become what they were considered to be from year 1901 as the highest authority and powers over each states and territories parliaments, courts etc since Annotated version of Commonwealth Constitution by Sir John Quick and Robert Garran explicitly states they are all servants and all the people are the masters.

This Victorian Peoples States Constitution is restoring all the People as the True Executors and Beneficiaries within trust and equity law where politicians in parliaments, all the government, police and the courts are only servants to all the people.

Since there are numerous issues within each state and territory of Australia, these new constitutions have mandatory directives forcing parliaments and industries to work and fix more than 600 issues, plus pillars are put into the Constitution to enable a potential transition to self-governance within districts and communities by year 2031.

By Constituting fixes, changes, limits, bans, it means Parliament within Constitutional law, simply cannot change things when they feel like it, they will be required to hold a referendum and seek all the people's approval before any changes.

By Constituting it helps make parliaments and all the people more accountable particularly with roles and responsibilities as their duty of care and creates a lot Less room for Corruption.

Constitution law is the Highest law within Australia and within every state and territory of Australia.

Constitutional law is bound and must be adhered to by every human being, every entity, organization, corporation and every government beyond absolute doubt whatsoever.

Under Constitutional Law within Australia, the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 is the highest document containing rules and powers provided to the federal parliament in Canberra to help govern and manage the country of Australia and all the people.   

Each state and territory of Australia also have a corresponding Constitution that has rules and powers provided to the states and territory parliaments to help them manage and govern the state or territory and the people but must be fully consistent with the Commonwealth Constitution from the year 1901.

Under the current system of Constitutional law, the federal government has powers that are different to each state and territories powers but also have some that are shared in ways called Concurrent powers.

This system of Constitutional law is supposed to enable the autonomy or self-governance of the country we call Australia and its states and territories where self-governance can be viewed like a human child, and the child grows into an independent, self-governed, responsible, mature, integrity and honest form of adult. 

Similar idea as prior to year 1900, Australia was not considered a self-governing, self-managing country or nation it was divided into 6 British colonies such as Colony of Victoria and Colony of New South Wales etc.

From a governance point of view the Colonies were like children and they eventually had to prove their maturing levels to England and in the year 1900 the People of each colony voted in a referendum for the New Commonwealth of Australia Constitution to become law and therefore established all colonies as states.

Comparing, the Associations project1 is presenting to all the People of each state of Australia by Referendum an opportunity to evolve each existing states constitutions to a new Peoples State Constitution to help firstly fully restore autonomy of states to align with proper constitutional law.  

This enables for the first time all states to have consistency in their laws and well as enforces fixes to the states and empowering all the people as true masters whilst enshrining pillars to assist the Associations Project 2.

The Associations Project 2 enables pathways to slowly evolve the existing States and federal governments over next 5 years in law but 10 years in practical transitions into the supporting the Association Vision first objective establishing a future living within full self-governing districts and communities.

The Association was originally going to prepare a new Commonwealth Constitution first but because referendums are not popular and also a loss of trust of the people appears to be very prevalent including a growing distrust of Federal, state parliaments and councils in ways.

So, we decided to work on new States and Territories Constitutions for the following reasons

1.  Within each state and territory there is only about 7 million or less people as voters.  Whereby asking them vote Yes is little easier than in comparison to actioning a new Commonwealth or federal Constitution where there is potentially over 27 million people as voters.

2.  States Constitutions under Constitutional law are easier to get passed by referendum and be enacted into law, since the states and territories existing constitutions are unlawful as they do not fully adhere to whole of Commonwealth Constitution.

3.  It is potentially easier to try and build the trust with like 7 million people or less than 27 million.

Once the trust is built and people can see direction fully, sustaining their trust within one state is easier to build more peoples trust within other states.  Eventually if all states and territories have new constitutions and the people see all advantages, this will make it easier to action a New Commonwealth Constitution for Australia

One of the greater benefits of New Constitutions in all states of Australia, brings more consistency to all laws, brings a lot more accountability of all positions of power and transparency to all the people and helps to build the trust towards all the people in building a better future of freedom for each other.

As highlighted in Question 2, The idea of Self Governance and autonomy within all states and eventually territories of Australia, basically refers to that the state and or territory parliament doesn't need another country or even the federal parliament to guide them, tell them what to do or how to manage, how to govern the people and or how to use their powers over the people and all organizations and more.

Compared to the Associations Vision of self-governance and autonomy is fully about bringing greater freedom to all the People individually and collectively and establishing supporting governance at the district level first and then at the community level instead of centralized and appearing as if the government is at a top of a mountain

Currently all the people reside at the bottom of the mountain in perception, but the association feels very strongly that the future of all governance, all decision making, all laws over the people, used against the people should be closer and actioned within Local districts and communities closer to where people live and work or down closer to the bottom of the mountain.   

Achieving this essentially would help achieve of the Associations Vision first objective.

The Victorian Peoples State Constitution is a people's constitution not a corporate, not a parliament, not a lawyer's constitution in anyway.  

It is written like a story including further information acting like regulations which helps explain a little further to the people and also ensures to limit any misinterpretation by the people.

We firmly feel to alleviate behaviors from parliaments and courts with human rights, we consider Human rights are important to all the people

• Outside of Human Rights being important now we have animal rights since they coexist with us humans and within various environments within each state and territory of Australia, but also to assist with the levels of extinction of animals.
• Nature and Environmental rights are included due to governments, corporations especially having different values where various environments are being misused and abused where areas logged or mined are not being repaired, fixed and other environments have plants, trees becoming extinct at minimum.

So, constituting basic rights cements their importance so Parliaments and other people and including Artificial intelligence cannot simply erode the rights when they feel, but must have a referendum to all the people if they want to change anything.  

Whatever is constituted is harder for people in power making decisions to get around without having to comply.   Non-compliance in these new constitutions equals jail time at minimum.

From the associations knowledge this Vision is not the only futuristic vision around the world but within Australia to this date in time, the association is not currently aware of another similar vision similar to this Associations Vision for all the Australian people.

We strongly encourage all Visions seeking to support a better future or are currently in progress to contact the Association and seek to build and work together.

This Association values feels very strongly about the following being included within any Vision for all the People and the future at minimum,

• The relationships and experiences of the natural beauty, sereneness of all natural environments including all waterways, all mountains, all parks, all bushlands, all beaches, all cliff faces and within all seasons enabling the story of life to continue every year.

• The relationships of people, animals and all natural environments with the honoured development of duty of care to sustain them to enable each generation to enjoy the experiences of life.

• Enabling people to develop purpose to all living things on planet earth and within country, state, regions, districts and communities where each human lives including coexistence with all animals and more.

• Purpose of all humans, their minds, their consciousness, their spirits and souls, their abilities, their bodies and diversity of looks, lengths, strengths and weaknesses all at minimum.   We strongly feel that humans in a body are also to learn, discover their abilities and weaknesses to greatly assist human experiences and purpose of oneself living on planet earth.

The Association Australians for a better future together for all people are mature people who are not hiding anything of and about the association's projects at all, since our values equal our responsibility to ensure all people can see what, when, where, why, how and who.

Considering no one in this association to date has been paid any money at all, we feel strongly to connect to all people and their concerns.

If anyone or anything feels they need to apply any form of ridicule, name calling, anything unsolicited, ostracization or any form or character or association assassination or threats without properly applying themselves entirely honestly, open and with full maturity to discuss their concerns first, we suggest the following

1. Please take time out to try and discover your soul and spirit and your life purpose (Note this may take more than a few years)
2. Please try to discover the truths behind your actions and who you are really serving.
3. Please try to stop getting paid, stop your games and become fully responsible to discuss things like mature adult people.
4. We seek that you fill out an affidavit with your concerns and reasoning in full to help misinterpretation.

The standard narrative for continual child justification of vaccination and increased vaccination schedules every decade or two, prompts very interesting questions around the increased need for additional vaccines compared to 1980s schedule.

The story is quite large in fairness to understanding both sides fairly about all needs of vaccinations to the vaccination's schedules including taking in all opinions fairly within the unknowns and known knowledges.

Maybe if all Vaccinations Corporations actually worked for nothing, no money at all, would this change the overall ethics, morals, integrity and the values of sustaining the science and medicines and continue trend as a need to serve human and now more prevalent Animal health.   

Example would the vaccination schedule still be the same if no medicines made any money.

What about taking into consideration all the knowledges and unknowns of the effects of the following that may also create a requirement for continual vaccination.

• all artificial chemicals over the last 50 years or more found in water, foods peoples bodies and organs.
• Add the degree and depth of heavy metals 
• Add PFAS and its related 3000 other chemicals, known as forever chemicals,
• Add end result of foods where the leaching of nutrients from soils for potentially over 70 years, 
• Synthetic pesticides and herbicides, and genetic modification or manipulation,
• Potential of geoengineering and synthetic biology of environments including the sky.
• All found in water supply, foods, beauty products, personal products, household products, house materials and paints, appliances, and everything else not mentioned yet that has come to the light about their potential of causing manipulation of sex organs, endocrine system, central nervous system, blood brain barrier, heart and each organ at minimum inclusive of all illnesses and diseases.

Question: What if all these are experiments have assisted in manipulation of human bodies, and created potential of new illnesses, diseases over time?

Question: Are all people nutrient deficient in some way or another?

Question: What if all vaccines across all populations are behind the increase in chronic diseases over the last x decades?

In ways it easy to dismiss many of the statements, and the questions above without truly reasoning on their potential.

These constitutions are banning most of these and having mandatory royal commissions on childhood vaccination and on viruses and more.

The New constitution is mandating for an Australian Human body Constitutional Integrity standard to be created to help protect human bodies prior to any vaccine requirement particularly babies and naturally have enshrined for Homeopathy immunization to assist.

So, banning of nasty products, using homeopathy immunization, cleaning up soil of all farmers, cleaning up water supply most likely over time reduce severity or nature of many illnesses, viruses and behaviours of people.

These constitutions within Section 10 are requesting the federal parliament to wipe all the states debt to start the ball rolling.

Secondly with recent Victorian parliament awarding an extra 15 billion dollars for infrastructure projects as blowout figure securing potential backend deals most likely to be fraudulent, surely this money could be used for other purposes.

NOTE:   These constitutions are putting in directives about government contracts, spending, tenders to help make all parties more accountable.

Thirdly, with this Constitution all politicians and other responsible roles are having their wages dropped and all their pensions nullified and reduced so that they all have to satisfy and apply for standard aged pension which will save well over 10 million dollars easily.

Fourthly if Australian government stopped funding overseas countries, stop funding wars, stop funding and or giving tax breaks to Corporations, stop allowing resource corporations to pay little to no tax there would be more money available.

There are many reasons why all governments can afford to put in place what these constitutions are mandating, no excuses for the mismanagement of money and potential of rich vs poor and games being played out under economic security.

NOTE:  This Association is not a political party or associated to any political party in anyway.

The association although with 3 levels of membership is really a flat structure where support is provided at all levels. 

The 3 levels of membership enable to break down the requirements for knowledge sharing, sharing of workload to help all voluntary roles with their comprehension, interpretation and participation.

Noone is left behind and deliberation is one of the primary factors within the 3 levels of membership and helps with overall reporting and within all projects work.

Because Constitutional law is the highest law in the country of Australia and each state and territory, the constitutions normally outline set roles and responsibilities to help manage and govern the country, state or territory and all the people.

Part of this management and governing includes the creation, amendment and repealing of laws and also for different roles to play different parts as a government of all the people for all the people.

The main roles within these new Constitutions are not limited in anyway just to the following,

Governor of the state - Is an important role as direct representative of the king or queen of England but Moreso as servant to all the people.  The governor is a role that has high importance and outside of the court system, the governor is one of the people's pathways to accountability.

Lieutenant Governors - Similar role as backup to the governor but these roles will now perform full checks and balances of all laws created, amended or repealed including referendums to ensure they do not in any way breach the Commonwealth Constitution and New living people's states Constitutions.

These roles are full servants to all the People.

Attorney General, Solicitor General - These are important roles within Constitutional law and type of governance system that have direct responsibilities over governance, management overseeing of all courts, and judicial officers such as Magistrates, Lawyers, Barristers, Solicitors, Judges and justices.   They help the administration and interpretation of laws to make the job easier for all the People.

These roles are full servants to all the People.

Politicians in lower and upper house - As ministers or more naturally their roles are important only that they have been selected to debate important topics to see if changes are required to address concerns for all the people who live and work within state of Victoria.   

These roles are full servants to all the People.

Councilors and Mayors within local shires - These roles are important to oversee the districts and communities within the governing structure and management and be a central point of reference and assistance when all the people require their services.

These roles are full servants to all the people.

Other important roles such as Police, Ambulance and Firefighting officers -   The way we live life and system of government and laws need other servants to help at times when we all the People require such services such as times of emergency.

These roles are also servants to all the People.

Your duty of care is simply to communicate, deliberate and fully discuss your concerns, fully discuss what you see or don't see as positives and negatives or benefits etc., how you interpret what you are concerned about.

Lastly try to come up with another better solution that caters for ALL the People of Australia everywhere on the lands and waters, islands of Australia.

So far to this date we have not seen another vision for the future like the Associations Vision. 

Naturally we are aware of other technocratic Visions, dictatorships visions for future and visions imaging future where technology and robots play large role in giving the People a sense of full freedom.  

We firmly feel the Vision we have as our gifts to the people satisfy the following at minimum,

*   Establishes purposes to life, purposes of family, purposes of community

*   Enables people to get in touch with themselves over the course of the lives to assist their soul and spirit. 

*   People are born with predominant sex organs, starting degree of feminine and masculine energies and a diversity of lengths, sizes, colours, abilities for absolute reasons that are personal to oneself to experience their life with.   These all mirrors to all other people such as an example with abilities and sports.

*   Enables people to be free but also to help make decisions for the future, help look after the communities and wellbeing of animals, environments and all the people's lives.

*   Helps to lessen human misbehaviours, crimes, when you resolve people's survival problems which the associations vision is doing.

*  We feel creating a form of heaven on earth is natural pathway to assist each human's consciousness, each human's journey on earth in life, and help coexistence of animals within all environments.

*   Corporations and entities are fiction to the natural living and breathing of air in life, they are a collective of people under a name within a system of service, in today's world they have too much power but in the associations vision, they don't have any power but only exist to serve.

*   And a lot more.

All political parties namely Labor and Liberal federally and in each state and territory of Australia have their sights and values set on achieving a political type of a REPUBLIC.   

This may sound great, but what may this Republic be like considering the problems worldwide within many other countries republics

Well in Australia apart from a Referendum to all the people in 1999 to ask if they wanted to stay under Monarch or become a Republic, the people luckily said no to the Republic and rightly so, since the politicians have already been unlawfully and certainly secretly done the following to slowly move the country of Australia, each states and territories and the people to their form of republic.  

Good measure of results is Australia and each state and territories Debt, Fuel Crises, Pandemic laws breaching commonwealth Constitution, Continual Cost of living crisis, climate change alarmism as agenda where all prices of everything is expensive.

Outside of building their republic, they also have done following which helps to build pathways of understanding to the measures above.

• Continuing a future of selling off the country of Australia, 

• The incorporation of the country and its citizens into corporations for ongoing trade and making people dependent on services and contracts, breaching Constitutional law.

• Plus, the Foreign World Trade Agreements, that the Federal Liberal and Labor governments both put in place in the 1990s was a pretence leaving the Country and its states and territories where they only produce the basics and totally rely on other countries and international corporations to support all the people, support the government, support the country and each states wellbeing, job and economic security, all at minimum.

• Add the secrecy in government increasing, the secrecy of new datacenters and intrusion of federal and states over property to install Wind and Solar farms.

• This was all planned and unfortunately, these are all a scam and hoodwinks the truths of slowly enslaving all the people of Australia and within each States and territories.

• This is another REASON WHY this website, the associations projects are trying to correct these behavior's and truly bring the freedom to all the people equally.
