What information do we store about you or organisation registering.
For all subscriber, supporters, all feedback and contact forms, and all memberships the following is collected
1. Your first and last name
2. Your email address
As supporters, all feedback and contact forms and all memberships we also collect
3. Family name with representative as first name, last name
4. Mobile number or contact number.
5. What state and city or town you or organisation resides within
6. On some forms like competitions will require a social media LinkedIn page and question answered.
For all Donations and members of the association we also collect
7. IP addresses of organisation or individuals (not collected for donations)
8. Username (not collected for donations)
9. Full Mailing Address with post code
10. Nominated Bank details such as BSB and Account number
11. All receipts from any money received or paid.
12. All members we will record social media protile page preferably LinkedIn.
13. All members we will record the required question and your answer as part of membership application.
The way your information will be utilised
For all subscribers, supporters, feedback and contact forms and members will receive correspondence by email at random times that may include news, updates, events or other important public information.
All other privacy details outlined in previous section are only utilised when required such as to verify member sign in or login, verify payments or bonuses to a member.
No private information will be used in any other way whatsoever.
Advertising.
The only advertising that only uses registered email addresses behind the scenes of the subscribers, supporters, and memberships is to tally the number of supporting individuals, families and organisations.
Policy Acceptance.
This policy is very simple and self-explanatory and by corresponding in anyway with us you accept the policy.
Any policy change/s all subscribers, supporters, and members will be notified prior.
