We, Australians for a better future together sincerely are honoured in every way to provide "All the People" individually and collectively of the State of Victoria FIRST, with solutions to FIX up many issues affecting or burdening the lives of all the People.

We are sincerely sorry that Politicians in political parties promise to fix the State of Victoria up, but their policies are possible close to only 10% of the level the Associations Solutions do.

The Australians for a better future together solutions' are Documents of Instructions and by Voting in a Referendum and Voting YES will enact the initial Start of many changes that the Parliament of Victoria must action, since the Document of instructions is using the Highest law within Victoria.

The Highest law in its practical sense interacts in the lives of "All the People" mainly behind the scenes since it's the Law that doesn't change often but only by Referendum.

The greatest benefit is that everyone and everything apart from animals, and environments are all bound to obey and adhere and uphold the Victorian Peoples State Constitution and Constitutional law, as duty of care, otherwise breaching this Constitution will invoke mandatory Jail time and also potentially a hefty fine, other possibilities include loss of position, disbanding of businesses, and deportation after sentence if completed for anyone who commits very serious crime/s such as Murder.

The Victorian Peoples State Constitutions are the solution to resolve, fix, many of the issues affecting all the Peoples within the State of Victoria, by Cementing into Law the following at minimum.

Note all state Political parties, States Parliaments and our solutions cannot fully fix all Cost-of-Living issues, since some of the cost-of-living issues like Petrol are Federal or Commonwealth Parliaments responsibilities.

But our solutions and the states parliaments can ask the Federal to make changes.

Easing the burden of state taxes for homeowners, business’s and more.

Easing the burden of financial payments for registration, insurance, and other important, required changes,

Enabling more money to all people's bank accounts eventually

Enabling the political system, politics, political parties, parliament, courts, and all government to become more accountable, honest and definitely more transparent to all the media and all the people,

Enabling simplifying interpretations of legislation for all people and providing more consistency of laws for roles such as lawyers, solicitors and barristers.

Ensuring law services required by people are more appropriate with any payment and many services to become absolutely free,

Enabling fixing up all farmlands and farmers, ensuring communities have more money for necessary repairs, services and widening of people's experiences,

Enabling increased and better health services, enforcing removal known problematic ingredients within any drinks, foods and medicine.

Eventually a more practical better education within a transformation for all children from kindergarten to year 12 including vocational education into all trades,

Mandatory Royal Commissions and State Inquiries, Human, Animal and Nature Environmental rights,

And a lot more to be discovered.

These questions will be mandated to each of the State’s Parliaments to prepare the bill to have a future referendum within each state and territory so that you can vote to hopefully approve these New Living Peoples State Constitutions to become law and work to fix many issues.

Proposed Referendum Questions for parliaments

The questions shown below are the default questions for all the future Referendum within Victoria for all the Victorian People.

1. Do you approve for the Victorian Peoples State Constitution to become Victorian Law and replace the existing Victorian Constitution 1975, enabling this new Living Peoples constitution to continue serving all the People as highest authority and sustain working towards a better future for all the people?

2. To enable this Victorian Peoples State Constitution to become the only Peoples Constitution within the state of Victoria, both the 1855 Victorian Colony Constitution and the Australian Constitution Act 1850 (also known as the Australian Colonies Government Act 1850) have to be lawfully removed.

Do you approve this to occur and instructs the Federal Parliament of Australia to have a Commonwealth of Australia Referendum to all the Australian People to finally inform the parliament of the England to lawfully remove both the 1855 Victorian Colony Constitution and Australian Constitution Act 1850?

3. Do you approve for the Peoples Crown seal to become law as an identity for the English expression “all the People of Victoria" which will enable the Peoples Crown to be sealed on all government documents, Court documents, Constitution and statute laws, wills, birth and death certificates and more as examples?

4. Do you approve for Parliament of Victoria to finally have the power to create laws for Private licencing such as the Victorian driver's licence and for these license’s to be absolutely free forever?

Naturally we would love your support as a member to help in any way possible.

But definitely, we need you all to vote in a future referendum hopefully by April or May 2027 for the state of Victoria.

The Association has set its target to achieve the highest referendum result in each state to show the politicians and all the people of Australia that the People are willing for change towards a better future for all and to ensure the history books are updated.

The association is seeking to try and get over 90.7% of Yes votes for these state constitutions.

Let’s show every state's parliament, all politicians that all the people are much more worthy than just voters but as future supporters, future leaders, future decision makers, future stewards and want necessary change and are willing to help enact all changes necessary.

Enacting changes will require large level of awareness and support, where our awareness plan is not just a campaign as such but a relational and interactive participation from the bottom up within all communities thru to top down from Victorian government down.

It is very important that all people understand these New Living Peoples State / territory Constitutions with the following at minimum;

Purpose overall and within the constitutions structure and what is presented,
Direction leading into the future for all the people,
The necessity of fixing many issues and reestablishing structure back into each State and Territory of Australia.
Purposeful relationships to all Directives and Royal Commissions for parliaments to adhere to and ensure Royal Commission outcomes and all laws are appropriately updated correctly.
Visualizing all the benefits within all necessary changes,
Everyone’s role that these Living Peoples State Constitutions are providing to make it easier to contact all representatives in Victorian government and councils at minimum,
Everyone’s role to protect these Living Peoples State Constitutions in all ways possible, since it’s a people's constitution for the people, by the people and always will remain to serve all the people of each state and territory of Australia
