This Victorian Peoples State Constitution is an official "Peoples Constitution" over the state of Victoria for the first time in history, written in general English.
The Association is giving to all the People of Victoria This "Peoples Constitution" as a gift.
This "Peoples Constitution" is not only a governing document with powers and authority but also a template to mimic the Peoples Constitution enabling all the laws across all the other States and Territories like New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Canberra so to eventually become consistent with each other.
