The Year 2027, a referendum in the State of Victoria to all the people to vote Yes hopefully to establish a Victorian Peoples State Constitution into law as a Peoples constitution not a parliamentary or corporation constitution for the first time in living history.   

 

Who would have thought this was possible, but with an introduction supplementing the reader with learning About this Peoples Constitution sets the stage for grand opening declaration and authorisation of the Peoples constitution, along with an encore declaring all of the People of Victoria and the default people's complaint pathways protecting this constitution,

 

All eyes on the sun shining within the Australians for a better future together logo and seal to explore the important, mandated punishments for any crimes against this constitution.

We open a new chapter to establish all the People together embracing this constitution endorsing "MyWill letters" as default communication pathway to all Representatives within Victoria,

 

Cementing all representatives and more allegiance with new oaths and new peoples-initiated referendums are a game, set, match win, win for all the people of Victoria,

Let’s cast our minds onto a Declaration and establishment of An identity for "All the People" in law for the first time in history, along with the graciousness of Natural Lore to honour all the people,

 

Wellbeing at the centre stage of this production enforcing all government decisions be for the wellbeing of all the people individually and together of Victoria, including adding to this production, new birth and death certificates to bring honour to all people, whilst fixing any Victorian Debt to wipe the parliaments floor clean. 

An immediate future where Wellbeing honours constituting Human Rights along with animal, environment and nature rights putting their protection at the heart of all the people's values to protect.

 

Reaffirming the Governance of the state of Victoria under proper Constitutional law, leaving no room for any regress within duty of care, amplifies strengthening the Separation of powers with more transparency and accountability to all the people.

Change has a habit within people minds that may present a rocky sea, but nothing stopping enshrining New Peoples Commission and Oversight Commission, with a New Whistleblower authority with whistleblower protection, New Peoples Supreme Court with Full grand jury, new referendum process, new bill process, fully independent Peoples Assembly within both the lower and upper houses of Victorian parliament, fully independent parliamentary committees, Code of conduct changes for Politicians and other officers, new State Electoral changes and Mandatory wage changes including pensions and restrictions,

 

This is a story where old politics in Victoria changes within this constitution and where this Constitution and all the people's values will reflect deeply within the hearts and minds on the rest of Australia’s people and within every other state and territories political Stage ready for action.

 

Lights, camera, Action, all eyes on the Sheriffs, court orders and warrants, police, ambulance, firefighters and all Law firms - lawyers, solicitors and Barristers are all receiving changes to their scripts ensuring wellbeing at their centre along with their service to all the people of Victoria,

 

With changes and accountability within all Courts, and introduction of a new Environmental Supreme Court of Victoria, plus all councils become local shires within the state government, where all existing services will stay same but more accountable,

This constitution initiates directives, streamlining all narratives, to embrace the people's stories with all changes necessary to enable a better future together slowly.

 

These changes also introduce a new chapter exploring Emergency services fixes,

Essential services changes to water, gas, electricity, insurance, mining and media and natural changes to MET Transport and Vic Roads costs at minimum.

 

Protecting the people has shifted to Safety and wellbeing so in respect to banks, state Taxes and enforced Royal Commissions and State Inquiries for first time in history sets the stage the becoming a better future in 2027 and beyond.

 

Mandating Animal directives including Animal Sanctuary standard, fixes to issues in city of Melbourne, New Peoples District Public Trusts enabling money availability to assist each community, enabling also fairness to small and medium businesses alongside supporting a new human and Aged Care Sanctuary standard of care.

This constitution would not be complete without mandatory Education changes for all children, kindergarten to year 12 and university and Tafe, to and balance the narrative of Climate change, health and medicine, General law and many more make these State Constitutions story fit for purpose within all textbooks and become the talk of all cities and towns,  

 

This Constitution presents the script to become more than the movie of the year, as this Living Peoples State Constitutions has more in store to discover within a grand story of transformational change for all the people and by all the people.

 

To All the People, we require your innocent support at minimum since a referendum will be held within early to mid 2027 in Victoria asking all the Victorian people to vote Yes or No to these Living Peoples Victorian Constitutions to become Victorian Law.
