New State Constitution - What benefits will I receive as an individual or as a family at minimum?

1. Knowledge that all politicians and many other roles in government of Victoria will have their wages reduced, lockdown and bloated pensions gone back to standard pension just like all other normal people.   (Can read section 57 for further clarification) 

 

2. This constitution has a new oath of Service that all Politicians, ministers, councilor's, mayors, police, lawyers and more will all have to swear and uphold to all the people.    Some will have to swear their oath on National TV and others within a City Town hall.

3. People's pathways of ensuring accountability where all the people can participate in some way or another.

• First time in history the people have two pathways to lodge an official complaint as long as you have a minimum of 2 pieces of evidence whether it's written, printed or online against all positions of power and authority and anyone else if anyone breaches anything within this Living Peoples Victorian State Constitution.

Both the following help separate the reporting, auditing, accountability, leadership and functions of government so parliament of Victoria doesn't control them like they do in year 2026 and this helps to keep them all honest.

• New Victorian People's Services Commission can read section 23 for further clarification,
• New Victorian Peoples Oversight Commission can read section 24 for further clarification,

 

• No more secrecy in government, corporations, or industry since there is no secrecy, no immunity, no privileges and cannot hide anything apart from personal information part of the privacy acts for all positions of authority and power.

• New Bill process for parliament to ensure they all politicians read every bill, they are all required to sign off to verify, and 100% agreement with all members before any forward movement to upper house or signed into law.    Naturally all must be recorded for everybody to see via the media to help keep them all honest.              (Can read section 58 for further clarification) 

(Bills in parliament are generally draft laws, draft referendums, government Contracts and Tenders, draft amendments or repeals (removal of areas or laws) etc.

 

• New Referendum process ensures a mandatory peoples review of all referendum questions with full justification behind them to all the media prior to parliament having any authority to move forward and more.

• MyWill letters as the new official default communication process to all representatives in Victoria.

• Whistleblower Authority and Protection for all whistleblowers

• People's Supreme Court with Full grand Jury as default court for anyone breaching this constitution

• People's assembly in lower and upper house of parliament for first time the public has direct access into parliament with paid employment

• People's parliamentary committees for the public to help research for politicians as round robin paid job to all the people

• People's Nature guardianship council, local to all regions of Victoria to serve each regions districts and communities acting as a direct Voice and action regarding breaches, crimes against Environment, nature, waterways, animals

Other benefits to all families and all the people.

1. Human rights enshrined so they cannot be manipulated by parliaments

 

2. Lowered taxes and rates and new opportunity in paying rates for homeowners.

 

3. Lowered registration costs for Cars, boat, truck, trailer, lowered costs for licences, permits and insurance.

 

4. Lowered legal fees, court fees and also many legal services will be free

 

5. More state referendums to ensure People have the power to agree to changes.

 

Example, When state of Victoria Parliament want to initiate a new Tax, they will have to have a referendum to all the people to agree since the tax is most likely going to affect all the people in some way or another.

 

6. New land and House sales lowered prices and increase slightly in all land sizes

 

7. Rental prices are locked down

 

8. Protections from mandatory Health pandemics and medical procedures and informed consent in line with Commonwealth of Australia Constitution and more.

 

9. More money coming to all people's bank accounts including new salary sacrifice to homes, renovations, loans. 

 

10. New public holiday to honour all the people

 

11. Universal Basic Income, this Constitution requesting the states to push the Federal government to help all the people.

 

12. Peoples District Public trusts to ensure all communities are looked after to best of available money

 

13. And more,

 

To be able to enjoy these changes and more, we need your support even just to show the parliament, the politicians and political parties how many people truly want changes and more.

 

This is a peoples Constitution for the first time in history so it's going to take a lot of people to show support and Vote Yes within the future Victorian Referendum in early to middle of the year 2027.
